Excellent stay No complaints at all, everything about my stay was great...very clean and comfy room...very spacious...restaurants near by...perfect stay for the price! Also, grab and go breakfast was good.

Basic, but nice Room was fine. Basic, nothing fancy, but everything I needed at a great price. Location had easy access on side road near highway, good to get to both Providence and Newport.

Clean and well-appointed We were looking for somewhere to stay overnight and keep our picnic food cold ready for a day at the beach the next day. The room was perfect. A full kitchen with a big fridge with a freezer section for our ice packs. The bed was comfortable, it was quiet. We opened the window overnight and didn't wake up once. the TV was a large flat panel. The only disappointment was the breakfast which was some coffee urns and starchy snacks in plastic wrappers. Perfect for business travel. Just what I wanted. Close to everything, comfortable, clean, and priced right. It was right near Dave's market so there were plenty of food opportunities. There is a movie theater and other entertainment nearby. It was also very close to main highways,so getting to and from my work destination was easy.

Two Night Not bad, Found it strange that they are no longer leaving supplies in kitchen. When asked for specifics at the front desk, they got to the door with a bin and actually came into the room to "put the dishes in the cabinet" was awkward. Although very nice woman who worked the front desk just seemed odd. Other than that no other issues- near lots of stores for shopping. But won spend 179 for 2nights for a queen kitchen non-smoking- expensive

Great service at great price Last minute memorial booking on 05/24, not expecting any rooms under $100. As I scrolled lists of mediocre motels hotels which were available, I found few rooms available at this location. I knew Extended Stay America had 4/5 Ratings on other travel sites so wanted to try this place out. At the front desk, I was served by lady name Teri who was very kind. Rooms were clean, had small kitchen which was a nice perk and free breakfast till 9:30AM. For it's price, I would recommend this place.
