The room was fine. The facility and grounds requires some attention. Open and full garbage bins sat in the parking lot and at almost every exit doors. The parking lot had quite a bit of litter. There were people constantly in the parking lot, some were sleeping in their cars and others smoking. The staff appeared to also be smoking in sprinkler control room in the back. Staff was friendly and helpful but hallways smelled of fish and rooms smelled like they were smoked in.

I was attracted to it by the low price - there was a reason! Breakfast was "minimal", coffee soon ran out, and it was defined as grab and carry - basically a granola bar! There was no dishes, coffemaker, or utensils, you had to ask for them, and the place just felt musty and a bit grimy. Upon leaving I said to myself I had save $200 over the 4 day stay, but for a single night or two night stay, I think I would choose differently!
