Good hotel with kitchen facility. We booked this hotel compared to Extended Stay America N Cary because this one advertised pool on Expedia, although the other one was about $10 cheaper than this hotel. But when we arrived at the hotel, we were told that the pool won't open until after a month because they are doing some fixes. It was highly disappointing because our son really wanted to enjoy the pool during the stay. It was a good experience overall. The staff were very committed to making us comfortable; the room was well kept but the hallway could use some good cleaning. Also, we couldn't get the WiFi to work and when I called there was no one at the front desk to help us out.

Convenient, clean hotel. We stayed here to visitors Chinese Lantern Festival which was an easy, safe half mile walk.

We enjoyed the stay and room except for one major issue and some small suggestions on how to improve. The biggest problem was the lack of allowing for a small time extension when we needed to extend for an hour or two. There was no flexibility with the manager which left a bad taste in our mouths. We liked the room layout. However we would have liked a way for the light from the kitchen not to come into the space where the bed is such as a shutter that can be closed when needed.
