The room was supposedly smoke-free, but the whole room smelled like smoke and weed.

It's ok Went thru a process to keep my room. Had to call three times before someone can help me. I was stuck in VA for 4 hrs in traffic, which made me check in a little late. Overall the staff that was at the hotel had poor customer service skills, Expedia over the phone was worse. Held for 1 hr until the guy over the phone knew. And understood what to do.

Nice hotel good price, good for bus 2 downtown Needed a hotel with easy access to bus to get to Wideopen Bluegrass in downtown Raleigh Had problem with excessive noise from room above. Have to ask for kitchen items as they do not have them in room already.TV is basic cable.

Only for 1night. It was good, the elevator needs a facelift and the halls were kinda sad! Bad colors, the Room) had a funny smell but it was very clean. The sheets on the bed were clean but old. Lost of lent balls. And out lets were hard to get to none behind the nightstand .
