Clean Very nice
Bedding was not.m clean The sheets was not clean and when inform the front desk, I thought they would take care of it was not care of! I use to be Hotel Manager and we had to make sure that the rooms were clean and most of the sheets. I not looking for a refund I just wish someone would do something about this. I was in room 137 and The attendant stated she was upgrading me to better when I was checking, if that was upgraded I would have see a regular room! Sessel Bent Operation Coordinator
The property was clean, a little worn but not very badly. The mattress/pillows were very firm. Only staff I saw or had need of was the front desk during check in/out. Friendly and courteous. My only "complaint" is that when I asked where the best place to park was to access my room I was told I could access my room from any door so I could park anywhere. I asked twice but received the same answer. I'm not sure if this was a language barrier or not but was a little put off as there was no luggage cart available at that time.

Bare Minimum Don't expect any amenities at this motel. There is nothing in the room other than the furniture and tv. They would brought us items but we had to ask for them. ie. coffee pot, towels, silverware for the kitchenette, ice trays for the freezer. There is no ice maker on the premises. You have to make your own ice so don't expect ice the first night of visit. It was after 4:00 pm before we could check in because rooms were not cleaned. A/C unit didn't work properly. Not so happy The room was not cleaned very well. There was urine remaining on the toilet seat. The bed linen seemed to not be clean. We were checked in for 3 days and on the 3rd day, the housekeeper knocked on the door BEFORE checkout to ask if we were leaving. This seemed to be tacky and so not worth the stay.

Great location, convenient to dining, shopping, downtown
Terrible Breakfast The free breakfast is misleading. It is what they call a grab and go....You grab some coffee and a banana. There is no place to sit down and eat, and the selection was very limited. They should revise because we selected it for the proximity AND for the breakfast. We ended up going to a Cracker Barrel.
