Good Customer Service The clerk was very curteous and respectful to my Mother. We both enjoyed out stay at this hotel.

Good for Long Term Stays I "lived" at this hotel for over a month while moving for a new job. I do plenty of travel for business and I didn't have too high of hopes, but it has been a fine place for a long term stay. The staff has been helpful with directions and maintenance issues. I reported an issue with my shower as I left for work and when I returned it was fixed and they left a copy of the maintenance request form even. good deal for the money The mattress was a little more firm than I like, but the room was clean, the staff was friendly. I had expected a hair dryer in the room and a breakfast buffet would be nice. But it was a good deal for the money and no frills. Good place to stay for business person.

Helpful directions Went to Raleigh for U2 concert and thanks to the helpful Desk Clerk we missed all the traffic and found great parking without paying the high parking prices. Beds were extremly comfortable!!!

ok to stay The overall stay was good. The hotel could have had a computer for the guest to use. There were children running and playing in the halls. The bed was rather hard.

Outstanding Stay The only thing missing was a pool and frankly we really had no time to swim. This hotel suited our needs perfectly!
