Extended Stay Hotel Raleigh Wake Towne This is the second time I stay at this hotel in the last month. The first time I booked a king room online when I got to the hotel they didn't have any king rooms. They did upgrade the room to a suite. The second time I tried to check into the hotel I had to wait 20 min because the clerk was running a report before I could check in. GREAT LOCATION While the hotel was remodeling, the room that I was first given had a leak and after I had unpacked everything I was moved. The guy @ check-in was great, so for the inconveniece he upgraded my room so it was worth it!

Good Customer Service The clerk was very curteous and respectful to my Mother. We both enjoyed out stay at this hotel.

Good for Long Term Stays I "lived" at this hotel for over a month while moving for a new job. I do plenty of travel for business and I didn't have too high of hopes, but it has been a fine place for a long term stay. The staff has been helpful with directions and maintenance issues. I reported an issue with my shower as I left for work and when I returned it was fixed and they left a copy of the maintenance request form even. I stayed in one of their "Signature Suites" don't know if it is any nicer than a standard room, but ... read more
