The lady at the reception desk on my arrival was awesome! I forgot her name, but she was first class!

Guess service was nice and helpful. Roon had food on the floor. Floor apeared not to have been cleaned shower had dirty water pooled in the middle of tub. People yelling outside around 2am people in hallway talking and closing doors all night
