I arrived at 1am in the morning. The hotel staff were just great in providing me with a room and let me feel comfortable. I had to catch an early flight and the hotel staff were again brilliant in arranging a taxi after a very early breakfast. I highly recommend the hotel, especially for the welcoming staff.
Fair bed & pillows were very uncomfortable.

Good value for hotel When I arrived, I was surprised to see that the hotel room had a kitchenette complete with a sink, stove-top range, microwave, and even a full-size refrigerator. Within the first hour of my arrival, I had also requested a coffee maker and ironing board which was in my possession within minutes. On the morning of my second day, I left the room around 6:30AM and didn't arrive back until about 5:00PM later that same day. Good for in a pinch. Liked the room set-up. Asked for a nonsmoking room, which you could smell was not. Staff was nice.

What A Great Choice Every time I stay at this hotel it sends their customer service get better. Checking in isn't financially straining and is always quick. The front desk receptionist Kimberly is always providing you welcoming smile and is eagerly providing you with any extra accommodations to make your stay more pleasurable. I definitely recommend this hotel if you're looking for the comforts of a home.
