tres bon hotel bien placee et tres abordable les chambres tres grands et bien meublee mais les propetee est nul et pas de petit dejeuner comme marque plus tot et cafe muffen

Poor WiFi but decent hotel. As a frequent guest of Extended Stay America I must say everything is good to great except for the terrible WiFi, no speed, even if you pay for the faster speed and inconsistent connectivity.

Appearance was good outside & inside. Bkfst was coffee & prepackaged muffin ok. Bed felt like pressed saw dust. Linen done in house. Wrinkled. Bed slanted to floor on window side from middle. After 1st day room furnishings & surfaces covered in white soot type substance.

Excellent customer service from front desk staff ! The people at the front desk provided some of the best customer service I've ever seen in a hotel. They were very personable and friendly, and they bent over backwards to be helpful. We asked for extra pillows, and they delivered them in literally minutes. We asked for the dishes & utensils, and they delivered them in less than 15 minutes. It would have been sooner, but they were taking care of other people at the front desk at the time. Hometown Visit This was the best hotel stay that I have ever had. It didn't seem like it was going to be at first, because upon entering my room I sat on the bed and the mattress collapsed to the floor. My daughter notified the desk, and the guy was right there and fixed it right away. It turned out that the mattress was more comfortable than my mattress at home-best hotel sleep ever. I have never stayed at a place where the staff was so genuinely friendly and accomodating.

There was hair in the bathroom (shower and sink), there was an odor to the room, and the walls are incredibly thin, so be ready to listen to your neighbors all night. On the bright side, it's a great area with lots of places to escape to.
