Said there was breakfast....was a small table 10 feet from the registration desk...didn't even have coffee in the morning..was about 5 ft long....asked where breakfast was and they pointed to that...had a few packets of oatmeal, and a few granola bars....was very disappointed

Okay Stay I've stayed at this chain in Maryland several times and was much happier there. At this New Jersey location, the inside and outside edge of the bathroom door was dirty. The door to room was dirty. The inside of the microwave had obvious signs that someone had burnt something in it. The outlets could be more conveniently located. The room was otherwise comfortable. The staff was pleasant.
ok Front desk was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, that only issue was the cleanliness of the bathroom. There was hair in the shower and the towels. some of the towels seem to have been refolded and not washed.
Superior customer service, Justin was courteous and helpful. The room was clean.
