This was by far the dirtiest room I've ever stayed in. The floor was filthy. Food crumbs and smears left in both the refrigerator and freezer. A huge grease stain on the dust ruffle on one of the beds. A wad of gum stuck inside the lampshade. As for amenities, there weren't any. No maid service, no clean towels, no emptying the garbages. The place shows as a 3.5 on Expedia but this place was a complete dump. The hallways and common areas looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. The floor was so dirty I had to wipe it down myself before I allowed my kids to walk onto the floor of the hotel the towels weren't that clean the table by the tv was dirty as well I won’t be staying there again they weren’t a clean hotel and a employee was arguing with a manager on the phone at the front desk as I was trying to check in so unprofessional
So I get to the hotel at 9:00 pm I get my room the floors were dirty glass on the floor bathroom was dirty. I finally get to bed at about 10:00 next door people arguing at the top of their voice. People above my room dropping and banging stuff around the people across from me Dogs barking Three women talking at the door. Oh and I forgot no towels in the room had to call room service. With so many other hotels nearby, don't settle for a room here! Expect the absolute minimum to avoid huge disappointment.
Cable was out I reserved for two nights the first night cable wasn't working so no tv. I didn't make it a big deal up until I woke up the next morning and still no tv. Although they offered a free night for the inconveniences I still decided to check out and yes I was refunded for the second night that I didn't stay. Besides no cable the room was clean nice set up stove and full refrigerator walls are thin though you can hear everything.
The staff was absolutely horrible and very rude. Couldn’t effectively answer questions and werent considerate. Never even got to see my room..
