we were greeted by a friendly and professional representative when we checked in. However when we walked around the room we saw a sandy footprint on the bed and sand on the floor below that footprint. When we opened the bed the sheets appeared as if someone had laid in the bed then reapplied the comforter. The room did have refrigerator and microwave but was bare bones otherwise- no lotion, no shampoo etc. I was paying for this room for one night for an out of town guest who had stayed elsewhere the first two nights and need... read more
The man at the check-in desk was not wearing his mask properly, and there was no hotel requirement for guests to wear masks in public places. I felt unsafe throughout my stay. Also, the room was not properly clean. There was dirt and an old french fry on the floor in one corner.
Hotel was clean for the most part. My issue with this hotel is that they put me in a one bed room when I needed a double bed and they could not Change my room because they were all booked up. Mm jk c hcvy
O. Bah.
They never gave me my security deposit back, I paid for it on my card, they gave me a run around to try and receive it. It’s been almost a month and still haven’t got it. I didn’t do anything to not get my security deposit they checked my room and cleared it.
System was down Was unable to check in at all because the system was down. No apologies, no refund . Never coming here again .
