Hotel in Richmond This was a no frills but clean hotel. I would have just as soon stayed in a hotel without the kichenette though, for the money, and had complimentary breakfast and other immenities. I did appreciate the free internet.

Needs some upgrades OK for the price, but they need to fine tune a lot of things.

Nice for the Price Convenient location for trying to get around Richmond. The service is a little shaky because of lack of personnel, but you can get all things needed. All together not a bad place if you are just there for a couple of days passing through.

Extended Stay--I 64 very convienient The renovations look great. Except for the late night fire alrameverything was super. The staff did an awesome job of checking on the guests and alerting everyone concerning the fire alram. Hats off to Henrico County Engine #10. No fire just a sprinkler malfunction.

Top floor recommended Overall was pleasant stay. Convenient to restaurants and local roads. Unfortunately, hotel had some long term residents in room above mine who paced the floor all night. Suggest you ask for top floor room to get good night sleep.

Cheap place with a kitchen It was cheap, mostly clean, and had a kitchen. It was nothing fancy. They were renovating it so it kind of looked bad with construction materials everywhere, but it was no big deal to me. They did not place any shampoo in the room and I had to go down to get it from the office. She told me it was procedure. I'm guessing it's because they expect people staying at an extended stay hotel to be bringing their own toiletries.

Extended Stay-I64 W in Richmond-easy access Ihad several friends to visit in a very short time, but because of the location of this property I was able to get to all the of my destinations easily. The staff was friendly and displayed a great attitude. This was my second stay and I plann to make it my next one when in the area. By the way, the renevations are looking good!
