Hit or Miss When we checked in the woman at the front desk was very helpful. The new manager wasn't nearly as experienced as she was. She made sure we got the correct room we booked and made sure we checked in without any problems. She was only working for another hour, so when our friend checked in later and the office was locked he was a little upset. He called and couldn't get someone on the phone. Hotel in Richmond This was a no frills but clean hotel. I would have just as soon stayed in a hotel without the kichenette though, for the money, and had complimentary breakfast and other immenities. I did appreciate the free internet.

Needs some upgrades OK for the price, but they need to fine tune a lot of things.

Nice for the Price Convenient location for trying to get around Richmond. The service is a little shaky because of lack of personnel, but you can get all things needed. All together not a bad place if you are just there for a couple of days passing through.

Extended Stay--I 64 very convienient The renovations look great. Except for the late night fire alrameverything was super. The staff did an awesome job of checking on the guests and alerting everyone concerning the fire alram. Hats off to Henrico County Engine #10. No fire just a sprinkler malfunction.

Top floor recommended Overall was pleasant stay. Convenient to restaurants and local roads. Unfortunately, hotel had some long term residents in room above mine who paced the floor all night. Suggest you ask for top floor room to get good night sleep.
