No hair dryer! No hair dryer. I now expect a hair dryer in all hotel rooms.

Cheap, clean. Only needed room for one night, passing through town. The first three efforts to get into our room failed. On the third attempt we heard from within, "Can I help you?". Obviously the room was occupied. After being reassigned, we found our room clean (and unoccupied). Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Recommended for a clean, cheap hotel room. Bring your own shampoo.

Good basic accomodations Nice clean room, a little on the spartan side, but no complaints. I think they stuck me on a "smoking" floor, but that was my bad for not asking for a "non-smoking" room.

Exceeds expectation! Great room/hotel, especially for the price. Room was clean, equipped and comfortable. Staff graciously waived my internet fee! All were polite and helpful! Thank you for a great experience, would definitely stay here again.

Good place to sleep It was a nice place to sleep and take a shower. The rate was very reasonable through Expedia.

They had only one person working the front desk, who happened to be on the phone at the time with expedia trying to clear something up for another customer while 5 of us waited to check in. Took us atleast 15-20 minutes to get checked in.

Extended Stay America--Clark Rd, Rockford, IL pillowcases two shades of white--sheets and comforter stained--one burner did not work--asked for non-smoking was placed on a smoking floor--unfriendly personnel---more interested in taking care of internet then helping me check in was and when I left same person was outside with 6 people smoking no one at front desk---very unhappy
