Extended Stay Rockford-East The hotel was easy to find and convenient to the freeway. However, the room I stayed in was supposed to have been non-smoking, but I kept picking up old nicotine odors in certain areas of the room. The bed was very firm, which, although typical for most hotels, bothered my shoulders. .it was my first time visiting this hotel, i got impressed how clean it was and everything was in very good conditions. the only thing that really bothered me was the costumer service at the front desk, took to long get the check in done plus one of the employees was talking to other so loud and even saying bad words in front of 3 costumers. im sure iLL come back i just hope the guy doesnt take my check in

Rockford IL Our first stay at an Extended Stay Hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised to walk in and find the nicely appointed studio-type room. It was very comfy and had everything we needed for a long weekend away from home. We will certainly use Extended Stay Hotels in the future.

Enjoyed my stay! I like that it has a kitchen and dishes to cook if you want to. It was pet friendly which is important for me, although they were gonna charge me an extra fee, but end up waiving it. The room I booked said pet friendly. The rooms could use some updating and repairs.

Good value received Spent 4 nights at the facility. On three occausions returned to find member of the Front Desk Staff outside enjoying a smoke break. Unfortunately the returning guests had to pass thru the pall of blue cigarette smoke just to enter the lobby. NOT GOOD!

Extended Stay America My hotel experience at this property was typical of ESA properties. Perfectly fine accommodations at value prices. I was, however, surprised to be informed at check-in of a $4.99 internet connection fee per night! Are you kidding me? This is a common facility for business travelers and ESA needs to join the 21st century. By now complimentary internet access should be as ubiquitous as toilet paper in any serious hotel property.
