It very chill and I always feel safe there
We needed shampoo so we asked the desk but they had no conidtioner

The door actually wiggled when you opened it or moved it like part of it was broken, it also didn't close all the way. The floor panels are warped so they pop when you step on them. The light above the door took a minute to come on and flickered. The beds are worn out.

I reserve a room with no smoking, when I got in my room. It smell like smoke I had to open the window and I went back and tell the receptionist, all she said OK! She didn't offer me to move to another room
