DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE ROACHES! This has to be the absolute worst stay I’ve ever had at any property. The first room I was placed in had roaches! Roaches! I’m not accustomed to roaches at all, but since I pre-paid, I asked to be relocated. The next room, had roaches too! This property seems to be a dwelling for the less fortunate. My experience at the Extended Stay America on Arden in Sacramento was incredibly disappointing. This place falls far short of what you’d expect from an “extended stay” hotel. • No basic amenities: There was no coffee pot, no hairdryer (you had to request one—never seen that before), and no toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, or lotion. • False advertising: The listing promised utensils, dishes, and cookware, but none were provided. • Uncomfortable accommodations: The walls are paper-thin, so don’t expect peace and quiet.
