Very unsatisfied I reserved the room at arpund 3am the morning of the 13th. I explainded that i was going to be arriving at 6am and requested an early check in. I was told that i had to wait until 2pm for everyone to check out and rooms to be cleaned. I thought that rooms were reserved for guests that use apps like hotels .com? What is the point of reserving the room if i have to wait for everyone to check out and all the rooms to be cleaned? Arrived with our fully paid room reservation /confirmation number in hand, only to be told they were full and didn't have a room for us. Woman at the front desk had absolutely no customer service skills. She showed no sympathy for our situation and just kept saying "our rooms are on a first come, first served basis" despite our paid reservation! Power out Pulling into the parking lot and there was no power. The power was shutoff from 6pm Feb 4th to 4am the 5th
Not worth it Funky smell. Long Black hairs all over sheets pillows, bathroom sink, bathtub & brown stains on the sheets. 3 thin pillows provided for 2 people. Our door was bowed at the top and bottom preventing a solid seal. It was loud with traffic and neighbors. Way overpriced for what you get.
Its obviously housing for illegal families...groups of teenage boys and gangs hanging out in parki g lot late at night...not safe
