We had our room opened by someone in the middle of the night, the sheets where clean. We stayed in a non smoke room and it didn’t smell clean whats so ever! Overall not a great place to stay.

Bad bad customer service booked a room with 2 queen beds turns out they didn’t have room available with two beds We requested a rollaway bed the bed came to our room after 45 minutes of wait Bathroom flush was not working Roaches in the sink and non smoking room smells like smoke

Minimalist and intrusion of homeless. Shady clientele. Grab and go breakfast was hardly a breakfast. No fruit. Muffins, instant oatmeal and breakfast bars. Were out of coffee at peak times two of three days. Worst was a homeless guy taking a crap just down the way from the lobby door. Reported to front desk.

First room heater didnt work and it had a weird smell in the room. Second room smelled better and the heater worked. There were dead cockroaches around the room and one was on the bed.. we got refunded and left. Never again.
