Clean room but dated and the staff wasn’t that friendly the continental breakfast was coffee and pre packaged mini muffins. A little disappointing

I loved the location, perfect for my other activities. I loved the dedicated desk staff perform very well under very stressful circumstances, taking good care of guests disappointed for one reason or another. 2 improvements I suggest: 1. provide room air freshener options for non-smokers. My room was quite odoriferous of past occupancy by smokers. Fortunately, I travel with my own can of air fresh--even that did not cut it.
