A/C and bathroom fan make a lot of noise. Breakfast was just muffins in packages, granola bars, oatmeal, coffee and hot cocoa. They don't even have cup holders for coffee if you decide to go out of the hotel.

very surprised I was extremely surprised at the quality of facility that extended stay as in Roseville. For the price, the .value is above and beyond what I was expecting.

Nice place to stay Nice area by a mall with plenty of restaurant options around. Very clean grounds and lobby area. Rooms were decent but not amazing. Comfortable in a typical hotel room way. Could use some mattress and bedding upgrades but we slept comfortably. Kitchen space was cheap cabinets but were good for the use.
