The property has a homeless incampment in the front. There were cockroaches climbing up the wall. No one cleans up after their pets, there was poop everywhere. I left after one night, and I don't care that I won't get a refund. It was so gross.

Smelled horrible. Although the staff was professional, the rooms were disgusting and people were extremely loud and smoking like crazy out front. I had to switch out my room it was so gross

I woke up to a roach in my bed.

Horrible horrible... you pay for extended stay, i had my groceries, but they had absolutely NO DISHWARE...TV the people were blue, NO maintenance, and ONLY ONE housekeeping... REALLY!! I checked out the same day N you all refuse to give me a refund for staying only 15 mins. NEVER AGAIN..HORRIBLE

Property did not exactly match the description. The rooms were dark and gloomy, seems hallways were half lit. The shower head restricted the water flow to a mist. On our third night there was a service person at the front desk asking for identification and re-registration for our room as she stated “per policy” but once we asked to speak to her manager she went back to actually helping us. Got Key card went to room it didnt work went back to lobby Hotel Associate came up with me card work entered room floor was dirty Look like someone was just in there bathroom tub dirty and bathroom sink Clogged not likely going back there again.

Loud Rowdy Hotel inside & out the entire Night stay, Horrible Smelling room,unclean Room and Bathroom
