Great, if you are an entomologist... Unfortunately they had cockroaches in the rooms. Ended our stay early. Front desk were helpful and refunded the remaining days.

Not a good place to stay The room smelled and the things were rusting. Pillows were so hard and deflated and uncomfortable bed. The shower water was cold and hard to shower. Freezing water.

Unexpected and not advertised clearly Hotel did not have key cards available to guests, so the front desk person had to walk each guest to their room and let them in with the master key. There was no warning about this when we first booked and they told us it was going on for about a month and a half now. Kitchen counter had stains that would not come off and there was also broken glass in part of the parking lot. No keys to your room. Had to get someone to open the room door every time you came back to the room. The continental breakfast that was on your sight, was no where to be found. I asked for the breakfast and I was pointing to a coffee pot that had no cups. Had to make my own ice, no ice machine. Will never stay at an Extended Stay again. Just a horrible experience.

The worse customer service We booked for two night for Thursday and Friday. Because of the heavy traffic plus rain, we arrive there at 2:30 am. I know we are late to check in but we already book and we are telling the guy from lobby we are late because of the traffic but the guy from the lobby said he can’t let us check in because of we are late! The place was horrible. It was very dirty, the smell was terrible, the counters had cigerette burns on them, stains in the carpet, the bed was very unconfortable.
