They didn't offer an ice machine, soda machine or snacks. The breakfast they offered was minimal at best. Someone dropped potato chips and no one vacuumed them up during the 2 days I was there. Direction into their "slower speed" internet were not given at check in, so I tried to call the front desk... dialing zero sent me to reservations and there were no directions on the phone.

Lots of room to spread out Room wasn't bad, although the pillows could be replaced. The occasional flashing light coming from the ceiling mounted fire alarm device was annoying. Didn't use the kitchen, but convenient to have. Lots of room to spread out.

Our room smelled and the door was broken. We were told they couldn’t provide us with another room with a king bed. But, when I told them that wasn’t acceptable they conveniently found a new room for us. The rooms had nothing in them in the kitchen, no hair dryer, you had to get it from the lobby and they didn’t provide ice!
