Our room smelled and the door was broken. We were told they couldn’t provide us with another room with a king bed. But, when I told them that wasn’t acceptable they conveniently found a new room for us. The rooms had nothing in them in the kitchen, no hair dryer, you had to get it from the lobby and they didn’t provide ice!

Good room for the price
It was priced well but no glasses or anything in the room to drink water. Coffee in the lobby only. I understand that there might be a theft problem but no glasses--even paper/plastic ones? Staff was friendly. It did smell moldy and some one was smoking on the second floor.

Love extended stay. The girl at the front desk fished me a coffee maker from the back because I mentioned I would be gone to continue my roadtrip before the coffee bar was ready, it really is the little things.
