Safe and quiet and spacious rooms. My only nit is they'd run out of grab and go items minutes after putting them out at 6am and would not restock. They knew they would run out and didn't care about the rest of us ... if you weren't there by 6am, you missed out on something to grab :( We had to hit up Wendy's next door most mornings if we wanted something :( Otherwise, staff and hotel were great, enjoyed our stay

Budget hotel. Paid for 2 beds, room was not ready so I was downgraded to 1 bed, told I could move the next day if I wanted but that was inconvenient. If you want a nice place for the same price look elsewhere, room looked nothing like photos and not very homey at all. Other guests I saw tend to be shady type,

Ho hum There was no shampoo in my room and I didn’t realize this until I was in shower and could not call and ask front desk if there was shampoo available. Washed hair with bar soap ): I also thought there would be more to “breakfast” than coffe, a granola bar, or a muffin.
I like the surrounding, beautiful view of the mountains, restaurants, the mall is just across the street.

The bathtub had a leaky faucet. The bathtub also had a crack in it that was glued together. The bathroom counter had brown stains on it. I just think that room (143) should have been repaired and not used for patrons. I realize help might be hard to get, but this is repairs. not cleanliness.

Convenience
My wife was very uncomfortable with her stay there due to the clientele that frequent that hotel. We were disappointed and are round as well as the cleanliness and the maintenance of the hotel.
