We made the reservation on Expedia for this place. When we went there they said they can't see our reservation. So we had to get another room booked there at a cost of xxx. I am not sure whose fault it was but we felt terrible.

Never again! I would never consider this hotel again. I’ll sleep in my car before I go back. The facility was gross. Dirty and not what was advertised. Staff was unwilling to assist with anything and hotels.com said it was out of their control. At the end of the situation the hotel finally stated they would refund me if I agreed to leave. I was already willing to pay somewhere else and take a large loss if I had to.

Everything was kindof dated. The shower didn't drain. The burner smelled weird when i turned it on. The pans provided were old and the black lining was all scratched up. There wasn't any soap to wash dishes with. Had to wait for service most of the time. Laundry was expensive.

Unsanitary rooms, says theres breakfast but theres only oatmeal muffins and coffee, parking lot is crazy and hard to pull into because of lines at the chick fil a. They were more then welcoming to cancel the remaining of our stay. But if you go through expedia get the cancelation option just in case. Seems like no matter the unpredictable situtation is that if you get the no coverage fee, they won't make exceptions even when police are involved.
