They gave us a room with a full. We booked for a king. She didn’t offer to put us in a room with a bigger bed. Said sorry and everything with a king was booked. Didn’t try to accommodate us. Blamed Expedia
Just ok I would not recommend this hotel. I should have read the reviews better. While the room appeared clean, the shower was slippery when stepping out. It also doesn't drain until water is turned off. While trying to sleep I heard what sounded like an animal eating in the ceiling....not something someone wants to hear.
We had to kill 6 spiders in our 2 night stay. Cobwebs above our bed, above fridge, in the bathroom. Great staff, you can just tell the room did not get cleaned, more so the sheets, towels, an garbage was just changed
Never Again! The street in front of hotel is being dug u and it makes getting into parking lot endless. The electric keys always get demagnetized, which means you have visit front desk every time you come back. I was there for 7 days and there was NO maid service
