The area surrounding the hotel was very nice (places to shop, dine, a cinema -- all within walking distance) - unfortunately, the hotel was the by far the worst hotel in the area and made worse by sharing a parking lot with Chik-fil-A.

Spare yourself the disastrous disappointment The card I booked the stay with was not acceptable when I arrived, even though MasterCard worked to book the stay originally. That was confusing. My friend was asked for identification in addition to my identification. This was not explained. There was a pet fee that was not disclosed before booking the stay. The room was very dirty. The room was outdated and in poor condition, bathroom sink appeared clogged, bed sheets were stained, there was limited parking, lobby was small, and it felt like an unsafe location.

Room needed repairs Door lock was broken. Had to place chair against it as a safety measure. After midnight, another guest tried to open door by mistake Also curtain rod was broken so curtains were at the point of falling off the wall. Informed front desk of both issues at check out

Don’t waste your money here!!! This place is definitely not a place we will return to. The outside of the facility wasn’t swept or cleaned the whole 4 days we were there. The cart they let you use to get your luggage to your room was covered in white dog hair. It amazed me how filthy it was that I took a picture. The inside of our room was awful. The carpet had red stains and there was trash and bottles underneath both beds. The cleaning person had done the most minimal job to the room and it showed. There was pink mold in t... read more

This was one of the dirtiest places I’ve ever stayed in. The bathroom counter paint was chipping off. The hallway was disgusting. “Breakfast” is a few muffins and bars you can grab on your way out.

Let down in a big way Worst stay ever. Called to let staff know we would have a late check in and not to give our room away after getting stuck in traffic. When we got here no one in office. Once we got ahold of someone it took 45 minutes to get checked in at which point it is 5 am as night audit had kicked us out of the system because they didnt read notes saying we would have a late check in. Rude front desk. Requested room flow to elevator due to needing a Walker. Was put in the very farthest room. Bathroom was filthy. Very used bar of soap stuck to the dirty and leaky tub faucet.

Very Disappointed Was very disappointed. Check in was at 3 pm we arrived at 5:30 pm (took the front desk 35 min to check us in) when we arrived to our room the bed was not made, towels in the tub, dishes in the sink, ants in the bathroom and towels by the bed on the floor. We were there for the Garth Brooks concert that started at 7 pm and we did not even get a chance to get ready. We ended having to drive back home for 3 hours after the concert.
