Convenient but in desperate need of an update. Felt grimy…stained carpet and bedspread.

Our experience with the stay at this facility was good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable; medium large refrigerator, small microwave, table to eat at with medium high chairs. Just what we needed. I stopped at the office to obtain extra hand towels & wash cloths, plus two drinking glasses & the staff at the front desk provided with them without question. Construction made entry and exiting confusing. Room was not clean, but staff were very friendly and helpful.

Intense ongoing construction, though thar is what happens in a growing city. Walkable and restaurants and shopping within blocks.
This was a booking for my coworkers. I have stayed here in the past and it was fine. It's in the north end of the Sugar House neighborhood so it's a little bit of a walk to get to the modern part of Sugar House. It's not a terrible option and it's usually priced reasonably.
