Clean but nothing else! The room was very clean. VERYsmall bathroom! Bring your blow dryer, shampoo and lotion as there are no amenities.

It is what it is ESA provides a comfortable and clean room at a very reasonable rate. The internet is stable, the bathroom rates 7 out of 10 towels, and the location is very convenient as you can get to many restaurants and shops within minutes. The front desk staff were friendly and able to provide the amenities I required. The hotel though is not a glamour location and there were times I felt I had signed up for the halfway house experience. Great hotel Great stay. Stayed for a few days for a cousins wedding and had a wonderful time staying there. The front desk service was great, friendly and helpful. Didn't have any problems at all.

You get what you pay for. Room smelled, bed was hard, and they do not offer maid service... you have to take your own trash out and ask for new towels. They only offer coffee and packaged muffins as well as granola bars. Staff is very lovely to deal with! Always had a smile!
