Nice It's a nice hotel, the reception is friendly, the only thing is i only found some hair in the beds but not too bad
You get worth your money AC did not work at all and couple other things were broken. But good location, wifi and good orbitz price. Comfortable night sleep.
Rode hard and put away wet Nice room but the bed was dirty, like dirty hairy sheets. The room at a glance looked clean enough so I suggested new bedding. The front desk staff was helpful and someone up there volunteered to change it while I went out to In n Out burger around the corner. Lowest price and best customer service! The staff called and emailed to make sure I was comfortable. The room was beautiful and clean. I didn't sleep too well since I am used to memory foam with more support. Bring your own pillow! No pool or workout room but they did have decaf, muffins and granola bars for breakfast.
Nice facility at an affordable price good location for many amenities and restaurants . staff is very polite and friendly
Needed a King not a Queen I booked a King bed and was told upon check in that the King bed that was left was broken and the only other King was given to a last minute booking. I really needed a good nights sleep after an 15 hour flight, but didn't get it. We weren't expecting 4 star service, just what I paid for. Nothing was offered as a means of setting this right with me in lieu of getting a queen and not the King I PAID FOR, either.
