ease of check in... the front staff handled a large group at the time i was there- and they did so with speed and professionalism

You get what you pay for. Room smelled, bed was hard, and they do not offer maid service... you have to take your own trash out and ask for new towels. They only offer coffee and packaged muffins as well as granola bars. Staff is very lovely to deal with! Always had a smile!

Quiet and clean We loved having a kitchen for the weekend and not having maid service unless requested so we didn't have to worry about scheduling around someone being in the room .... it was clean and had everything we needed
Clean but very No Frills & Free WiFi is a Joke Room was nice enough, but was annoyed by several minor items: 1. Room keys/WiFi instructions did not clearly identify the SSID name. Had to ask the front desk to be sure. 2. (Free) WiFi throughput was terrible. Business model clearly trying to upsell higher download speeds. 3. No RJ-45 (Cat 5) jack provided for laptop. 4. Bedside lamps on one side did not work. 5. TV/Monitor was low resolution (or else the signal was low res) 6. Monitor mounted too low. 7. No thermostat in room.

Good location and decent value for the price Not a bad value for the price... Location is great, walking distance to a movie theatre and multiple restaurants. Rooms are spacious albeit a little worn and run down. Kitchen is not stocked with any plates, cups, etc but you can easily request them from the front counter. The hotel is nothing fancy but probably more than you can expect for the price.
