The room was very clean. I love that the AC worked and I could put it at 62 because I run hot and love a cold room. The only things I didn’t like was the fan in the bathroom was very loud and the toilet had a weird sulfur smell every time you flushed. Plus you can hear loud footsteps above if you are on the first or second floor. Otherwise it was a lovely stay and Jodi the front desk lady was fantastic
Much more run down than I was expecting. The minute you step into the parking lot it reeks of weed and smoke. The smell only stops once you shut the door to your room. There is a stovetop and microwave here, but do not expect there to be anything in the kitchen. No utensils, pots, pans, plates, not even a cup or mug. Apparently breakfast was only a granola bar and coffee so we didn’t even bother. Room was fairly clean, wifi worked just fine and wasn’t limited to one device, unlike other places. The room was decent and the staff was pleasant. There was no breakfast just a small coffee bar. A lot of smoking going on outside the building and strong smell of it in the building. Noisy in the hallway and outside during the night from other guest. Is defiantly a spot for long term stayers on a budget. Close to plenty of restaurants and the Maverick Center.

They were awesome but I came under the impression that I could stay as long as I wanted or needed to and I just got woke up and told I have to leave because there is no room available today and I reserved the room yesterday for 2 more days
