Check in was fine. The lady checking us in was friendly. Parking is tight in the front, but parking is all around the building. However you cannot enter through all the doors, and doors are not on all sides. Garbage was piled up outside both days we were there. Location is great though, walk to the Maverick Center and various restaurants. There is an elevator. Our room was not very clean, hairs in the bathroom. No Breakfast On the hotels.com website it clearly lists breakfast as included. However, it's not a real breakfast unless you consider coffee/tea and pastries a breakfast. Both nights there were people partying in the parking lot.

Not really breakfast Breakfast is just one little muffin and a cup of coffee.
Bathtub was clogged. Had to take shower in puddle of water. Everything else was nice. Are is great. Close to highway and restaurants.
Designed for longer bargain priced stays, draws working crowds, not bad but not great
