There was no breakfast at 9 am, chose this hotel because it was included and would save an expense. They were apparently out before 9am signage indicated it was until 9:30 am. Just a thought they should offer coupons or make a partnership with IHOP as it is next door. I had coffee at the property and had to spend $10 on breakfast.

Plus: location is perfect, room conditions are good. Staff is nice. Issue: traffic is noisy at night since it's next to freeway. A little crowded guests in my opinion.

OLD OLD OLD - not the cleanest! This hotel is in MAJOR need of a facelift inside and out. NOT a good impression when the walkway just outside the front door looks like it hasn't been spet in weeks and has hundreds of cigarette butts. Need I go on....?
