Staff was friendly. Check in went smoothly. The only things I didn’t care for was that there was a pet stain on the carpet and the garbage can wasn’t emptied before we arrived. Beds were pretty comfortable though. It worked for what we needed, which was a place to lay our heads for the night.
The room smelled like cat when we walked into it and I saw bugs as well was not very happy with the room. I have had really good experience with hotels.com but this is the first time I have had a bad experience
