Hotel in nice business part of town. People are very nice, bed was comfortable, lamp had burned out light which was reported day one, but not fixed. Small sofa was a very cheap low quality mini-sofa, which was very uncomfortable to sit on for more than a few minutes. The room was nice otherwise, clean and has very good amenities. The kitchen was great. I was there for 6 days for a very reasonable rate. Overall I enjoyed it and would consider it again.

Okay for resting, NOT for a good healthy breakfast The hotel was in a very nice location, and even though it is an old hotel, it was in need of repairs. The breakfast however, was very poor, so it was good to know that there are a few places very close to have a good protein filled and healthy breakfast. I suppose my most important complaints would be the repair needed in the bathroom, above tub, on the ceiling, and the uncarpeted areas were VERY STICKY. NOTE: take cleansing wipes for counters, floors and hiney.

Enjoyable room & enjoyable staff. A wonderful one-night stay. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful and clearly enjoyed providing personal customer experience. Interacting with him was my first interaction with the Extended Stay America company and not only was it a pleasure but I have told many others about my moments with him. He was very nice, VERY welcoming, and I thank him for starting my stay perfectly. The room was spacious, good and well, and the refrigerator was perfect for leftovers. Great overnight... read more

OK Not great Value Good Location Trying hard to like and use Extended Stay as I like the typical price point of about $75. This one had no utensils, microwave stovetop plates etc. Whats the point, did not help when I had Bill Miller Brisket & Green Beans without a fork. Maintenance and upkeep leaves a lot to be desired. Good location tucked behind Omni Colonade off I10 and Wurzbach.
