I liked that everything was streamlined and easy. I had no problems checking in and the staff was friendly and courteous

First room AC didn’t work at all … Second room smelled all like dog.. Third attempt went well… Excellent room

No towels!!! No towels in room. We had to go to the front desk to ask for some and had to wait 40 minutes. I guess I wasn’t the only one since I saw another guest asking for towels as well.

Loved how clean the room was. Loved the price. Loved its convenient location. I was a little confused because everything I saw online (booking/address/gps) had it listed as Candlewood Suites and when we arrived it was Extended Stay America, I had to make sure i was indeed in the correct place when I arrived. Other than that it was great

Advertise grab and go breakfast but your lucky if there is a breakfast bar available to grab. No place to even get water to drink. Recommend at least having a vending machine on premise. Room phone didn’t work and safety door lock was coming out of door.
