Rude staff at desk. Sheets beyond thing had to get 3 extra, ac unable to ever turn off, it remained on all night and was cold. They couldn’t adjust the date or something at check in, took a long time before I could check in. No vending machines. Positives: shower was great and. Soft / hard pillow options were appreciated. Very loud all around.. could hear noise at all directions all night .

Great facility. Room had fridge and microwave. Very clean. Affordable. Breakfast could be better, but it does the job. Really good experience overall.

Pros: -The room itself was good; comfortable bed, nice recliner, and small table. -It had a small kitchen but no eating or drinking utensils. -The hotel is in a very safe neighborhood. Cons: -The hallways of the hotels had dirt and mud on the floor. -When I woke to check out, I found out the elevator was not working; had to bring all bags down by the stairs from the third floor.

Awful service I had already paid for the reservation and when I checked in they asked me to pay again. We got in an argument and they finally figured it out but I obviously wasn’t going to pay twice. Awful service.

Caution COLD Staff Initially, the room we reserved/paid for was not available. And no effort was made to give the room needed to accommodate us. Clerk stated Rooms were SOLD OUT. So I had to pay 10.00 extra for a small roll away bed. Asked clerk if she could waive the fee since the room paid for was not available.....NO. was all I received. Been here many times before. First time with cold staff and wrong room stay. Hope this doesn't happen again
