Will not check in in here again ☹️ Once we got into the hotel, smelled like dog pee. The room was clean but had with the same gog pee smell. All the pillows smelled like sweat (awful big time) i called reception and someone went 10 mins after to changed them. I called at night to ask for check out time because in the app said 12pm but the door said11am, but no one answered, i was in the ringing line for 5 concecutive minutes, no one answered.
