Very close access to a litany of stores and restaurants. Front Desk staff was friendly and accommodating.

The room was clean, great pillows, friendly housekeepers. The front desk staff seemed frazzled, frustrated and were not helpful in handling requests. I had asked to upgrade to a larger room and kept being told they were busy and to call back later, or they would call me back. When I would call, the phone would just ring! I finally just gave up. Thanks Candlewood Suites! After being denied early check-in at a hotel down the road, I was very happy to get a room and much needed sleep. The hotel clerk was very friendly, understanding, and accommodating. The hotel was clean and comfortable and I would definitely return.
