Hotel is situated in an area with plenty to eat, lots of shopping with easy access! It sits up on a hill which also made for a great view! The staff was extremely courteous! Very comfortable room... in IHG tradition best pillows ever!

Hotel ok para una estancia rápida El hotel está solo bien para una estancia rápida. La limpieza del cuarto no se hizo durante la mañana del primer día, afortunadamente tuvimos que salir antes de lo planeado, por lo cual no se convirtió en una molestia de solicitar la limpieza del cuarto cuando regresamos a las 12pm para hacer el checkout.

The property is for extended stay I guess. I was only there a weekend. Rooms are overly small, can barely fit between bed on one wall. So wouldn't take the wife with me to stay here. The chair in the room had cracked and splitting vinyl on the back. Worn out. Nice that there was a full kitchen and fridge. The AC was super loud and had to run all night to keep up with the heat there. So earplugs are mandatory to get any sleep. Convenient hotel outside San Antonio north loop Convenient to neighborhoods, multiple shopping centers, PetSmart PetsHotel, and a variety of local and chain restaurants and bars. Clean, comfortable rooms with shower in tub and pleasant staff. Abundant free parking.
