The window would not seal all the way. With the wind blowing there was a whistle coming through. There was a very strong odor in the room. I am not sure if it was the cleaner scent or someone's cologne. It eventually went away but it was strong. Also, the door to my room was open when I checked it. The doors do not close easily. I would only stay here again because it is the only hotel in this area.

Very spacious and accommodating. Only problem was as large as the bathroom was there was no counter space

Very close access to a litany of stores and restaurants. Front Desk staff was friendly and accommodating.

The room was clean, great pillows, friendly housekeepers. The front desk staff seemed frazzled, frustrated and were not helpful in handling requests. I had asked to upgrade to a larger room and kept being told they were busy and to call back later, or they would call me back. When I would call, the phone would just ring! I finally just gave up. I had asked for some coffe which I was told would be brought up but wasn’t and when I asked the next morning they were too busy. I went down to the front desk to get some and they wer... read more
