Staying in San Antonio We like the location of the hotel which is near by some shopping and restaurants. The only thing I didn't like at all is the fact that many people bring their pets in their room and kids that made my stay there very uncomfortable due to the noises at night and some people smoked inside and outside the hotel. Is this supposed to be a smoke-free facility?

I do want to apologize for the noise that you experienced I hope if you give us another chance to better accommodate you during you next stay. Unfortunately we are a pet friendly hotel as well accommodate families with kids rest assured we are a 100% non smoking hotel. so I will definitely be addressing this with my staff but my hopes is to make sure you have a room away from all the noise.
The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The room was spacious. The staff were helpful.

Good option for the area Someone had turned off the AC....from the wall-brackets !! It took us a good time ( my wife outsmarted me, as usual ) until we were able to figured it out
Reserved double beds but got a handicap single. No cots offered or available.
