Good for a no frills family stay If you need a kitchen close to a supermarket (.4 mi) this is great. Adjacent to the 163 and I-8 Freeways. 20 min walk to the Trolley. SDMTS 928 bus is a 5 min walk. Maid service is weekly so ask for extra towels for multiple nights. Laundry is $2 load. Many mid priced restaurants and movie theater within 5 min drive.

great staff business trip. staff are fantastic thanks Arick and the rest of you! room was a little dank but the price (especially during Comic Con) could not be beat

1st Experience with Extended Stay America Overall, my experience was quite good. They do have some opportunities for improvement, which are addressed below, but none of them were deal breakers. What I mean, is I would feel very comfortable in recommending this location to my friends and I would book it again.

We stayed at Extended before but diff location, rooms inside building and this San Diego is outdoor. we did tell Hotel.com we were arriving late so they noted. Hotel is located around industrial area. Nearby stores/fast food. Got to hotel, it is closed cause it was late night, we used the Front phone to call help and she came out within 5min. Checking-In within 10mins and she was very nice, explained the contract, gave some bathroom goodies. Parking wasn't plentiful but we found one not too far. Our room was bottom floor in ... read more

Overall good stay We accidentally got a room that was already occupied but they took care of it immediately. The hotel was in a great location in a quiet neighborhood 5 minutes from a mall/plaza with lots to do around. Friendly staff, although we did find spiders in the room. And it could've been a little more thoroughly cleaned.

Nice Hotel, Great location. I was staying for just one night. It was in a great location. Close to downtown. Tucked away amongst commercial buildings, so very little traffic. Kitchen area was cute.

Great spot! Quiet and close to plenty of food! Great room. It was clean. Checking in and out was done in less than a minute and staff was very friendly. Parking was free and had no problems at all!

Service This hotel's could improve on their customer service. Once I arrived the attendant was overwhelmed with alot of people, so I had to wait to be helped.
