The room had some issues... It wasn't very clean, refrigerator wasn't cold (later found out it was because somone turned the freezer too high), curtian was broken, etc. However, bed was comfortable, sheets clean...it was fine to just sleep in and leave in the mroning. Staff was friendly and helpful. When I checked out, I explained all the issues (took pictures as well) and was refunded for our stay. I'd say the stay was satisfactory, as they seemed concerned about fixing the issues and about making their guests happy.

Room was dirty. Thankfully we travel with bleach spray and lysol wipes. Just wiping counters and remote, the wipes were dirty. Hair in the sink in bathroom and on counter. We probably did more cleaning than housekeeping. We also took off the top cover due to it being dirty. We slept in clean clothes to be safe..

Messy There where police everywhere when i arrived couldn't check in until after the episode going on then the room was messy still
