Decent Pillows and mattress could've been better. Overall decent stay. Good location
Comforter was dirty upon arrival..................................
They did not have my room ready for check in when I got there at 5 p.m. They did give me a credit because of that which helped but then when I took my shower that evening I realized I had no towels. I was also turned off by the fact that there were mini dirty kitchen supplies in the hallway on my way to the room. Also, apparently the rate I paid on hotels.com didn't include housekeeping.
Not a Bad Place So I arrived about 20 minutes before the official check-in time. Most places will allow you to check in if you're a few minutes early but not here. The front desk staff first made me wait until 3 (not the end of the world), and then gave me a room that wasn't actually ready, before switching me to another room. Clean, nice size room for the price. Great place. I would stay there again when looking for a hotel in this price range. The only thing that threw me off was that we didn't get any room cleaning. But come to find out that the one I booked didn't come with room service... I didn't even know that was a thing. That hotels even had that option. Haha. Not that big of a deal to just go down and ask for some fresh towels.

Convenient and tolerable I was slightly disappointed but it was not terrible. It is suited for longer stay

Convenience to Qualcomm Stadium Overall the room was nice and clean... AND I chose it for the convenience to the Qualcomm Stadium which was one exit away because of the work my husband was doing there with his job and having a kitchen would make eating in great. We have previously stayed at this chain in another state and so we thought why not...when we could have gone to one of the bigger chains on a friend and family discount. Good deal The price and location for good for my needs. It does need a business center and improved wi fi.
